Chili Cook-Off February 23, 2008

STOP TO SMELL THE SPICES!

The Pendleton Community Library’s Community Room is already heating up in anticipation of a chili challenge. Organizations and individuals who think that they have the BEST chili around can enter to win prizes and bragging rights.

This Friends of the Library fundraiser will feature door prizes, a bake sale, a trivia contest, and of course . . . lots of tasty chili!

Participants will pay a small fee to enter their chili recipes and a panel of three judges will critique the entries. Anyone living in Madison County or the surrounding area is welcome to participate.

The Chili Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, February 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at the Pendleton Community Library, 595 East Water Street. Call the library at (765) 778-7527 or email [email protected] for an entry form or more information. Information and entry forms are also available on the web.
