Hide-n-Seek
(Ages 3-4 with adult companion)
2:00-3:00 p.m.
Some creatures are great at hide-n-seek, because they’re camouflaged to make them hard to see in their natural environment. In this class, we’ll play games and hear stories about how these critters hide so well.

Garden Snails
(Ages 5-6)
2:00-4:00 p.m.
Slimy, slow and so delightful: Garden snails! Together we’ll explore, experiment with, and ask questions about these amazing creatures and their environment.

Dig It
(Ages 7-9)
2:00-4:00 p.m.
Investigate the world of dirt! We will examine different types of soil, discover what lives and grows there, and learn why dirt is so important to all life.

Field Study
(Ages 10-12)
2:00-4:00 p.m.
Together we will explore the flora and fauna of the pond at the Palace of Fine Arts and discover this diverse natural environment in the heart of the city.
