Children’s Poetry Event – Meet U.S. Children’s Poet Laureate Mary Ann Hoberman and Linda Winston November 2, 2009

Mary Ann Hoberman, the U.S. Children’s Poet Laureate, and Linda Winston, cultural anthropologist and teacher, will present and read from their new book, The Tree That Time Built, an anthology of more than 100 poems celebrating the wonders of the natural world and encouraging environmental awareness. The Tree That Time Built comes with an audio CD that allows you to hear many of the poets reading their own work.
