The Edwin Gould Services for Children and Family 6th ANNUAL “ARTrageous”



Artists Jeff Koons, Ross Bleckner, Hunt Slonem, Kenny Scharf, Peter Beard, and Michelle Marie are a few of the artists who will collaborate with children of all ages at the 6th Annual “ARTrageous” Children’s Day on Saturday, March 10, 2007, at the Metropolitan Pavilion from 1:00 to 5:00pm. Children residing in foster care will participate alongside children from a kids committee (brought by their parents) to create amazing artworks with this dynamic group of artists. The ARTRAGEOUS Children’s Day also features a carnival for children (and adults too) along with games, prizes, face painting, petting zoo, performances and fun food. Tickets are $20 for children ($25 at the door) and $25 for adults ($30 at the door) with proceeds going to benefit The Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families. WHY

The “ARTrageous” Children’s Expressions Project is a unique two-part fundraising event benefiting Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families. Kids residing in foster care along with the kids committee will collaborate with visual artists to help create artwork for auction. The collaboration begins in full view of all attendees at Children’s Day “ARTrageous” on March 10, 2007. The finished artwork will be unveiled and sold at the “ARTrageous” Gala Dinner and Art Auction on May 23, 2007.
