Children's Dance Theater presents The Snow Queen March 29, 2013

The University of Utah Tanner dance Program Children's Dance Theatre premieres The Snow Queen.



Once upon a time, an evil hobgoblin created a magic mirror that magnified everything bad and distorted all that is good. The mirror shattered into millions of tiny pieces, two of which lodged in the eye and heart of a boy named Kai, transforming his vision and heart completely.

Kai’s devoted playmate, Gerda, is heartbroken when Kai disappears one cold winter day and sets off on a perilous quest to break the Snow Queen’s enchantment and rescue her beloved Kai.
