Childbirth Preparation March 17, 2010

This four-week course for expectant mothers and their coaches is taught by qualified instructors and covers many aspects of pregnancy and birth including relaxation and breathing techniques. The Childbirth Preparation class meets one night a week (same night each week) for four weeks. The fee for this class is $60.00.
