Chez Papa Resto to Host Alsace-Languedoc Wine Dinner on March 19 March 19, 2011

Chez Papa Resto located at 4 Mint Plaza in San Francisco will host a Alsace- Languedoc Wine Dinner on Saturday, March 19 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The cost of the four-course menu with pairings is $80.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Present at the dinner will be the winemakers of two well respected domaines in France, Melanie Pfister, 8th generation winemaker from the eponymous domaine, Domaine Pfister, and Genevieve Vidal of Mas Conscience who is an upcoming young vintner who has established herself in the “Golden Triangle” east of the Hérault River in the upper Languedoc region.
