Cheryl Toles' artwork studies the mixture of media, uses of texture and relationships of color as well as African American culture and its African roots, strength of human bonds through the family and sexuality, and our spiritual relationship with our higher power. She works in a variety of media, including watercolor, pastel, charcoal, acrylic and pencil.
