Now in it's eleventh year, The Dawson Companies' Chef's Fantasy Dinner and Auction has become one of Northern Ohio's premier culinary experiences. Chef's Fantasy consists of six courses; each prepared by a different highly-acclaimed chef and paired with an exceptional wine. The event also features VIP and cocktail receptions, which precede dinner. The VIP reception includes a wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres prepared in front of guests by well-known chefs. The auctions and raffle offer interesting, one-of-a-kind experiences and items.
