CHEF SHOWDOWN: A Creative Plates Competition supporting Art with Heart October 6, 2011

Seattle Young Rotarians #4 is excited to announce Chef Showdown: A Creative Plates Competition supporting Art with Heart.

You are invited to this "Top Chef" style live competition among four amazing local chefs. Along with deliciously paired wine, Chef Showdown attendees will get to taste and judge each of the unique dishes prepared by chefs Dylan Giordan of Serafina, Angie Roberts of BOKA, John Sundstrom of Lark, and Martin Woods of Re:public!

Don't miss this enjoyable evening of delicious food, fast-paced culinary entertainment, outstanding local wine, and super fun emcee Lee Callahan of KZOK. As the votes for "Best Dish" are being tallied, attendees will be served dessert prepared by Chef Toby Matasar of Eats Market Cafe. The chefs of Chef Showdown are truly some of Seattle's best and this will be the place to be for any existing (or aspiring) foodie.

Only 30 VIP spots are available for the VIP Champagne Reception featuring personal access to the chefs, a champagne sabering, and swag bags. Fat Cork will provide the finest grower Champagnes from France.

Attendees of the VIP reception will also get to meet Nicole Vogel of Seattle Met, Eric Tanaka of Tom Douglas Restaurants, Greg Atkinson, Author, At the Kitchen Table, who will be the night's judges.

Early-bird ticket price for this event is only $75.00 if you buy your ticket by September 29th. Entry will be $100 starting on Sept. 30th (if it doesn't sell out). The VIP Champagne Reception is $200 per person.
