Chase Masterson was recently named one of the "50 Sexiest Women of the Year" by Femme Fatales Magazine and one of the "Hot Leading Ladies" of film by Film Fetish for her role in the award-winning feature Yesterday Was A Lie, in which she plays a mysterious jazz singer. Yesterday Was A Lie will screen at 9:30 PM at Webster University as part of the 17th annual St. Louis Film Festival!

Chase first became known for her break-out role on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, one of the highest-rated internationally syndicated shows of all time, which led to her role as the green Orion girl in Star Trek: Of Gods & Men. Fans also recognize her from ER, General Hospital, and Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles. Chase loves fandom and everything that goes with it, especially the fans' commitment to worthy causes. A portion of the proceeds from all of Chase's signatures & picture sales goes to Operation Call Home.

Star Clipper is a proud supporter of SLIFF, and this year we are pleased to sponsor the unique noir film Yesterday Was A Lie. Boasting a cast of such sci-fi notables as Chase Masterson, John Newton (Superboy), and Peter Mayhew (Star Wars), Yesterday Was A Lie is a "fresh and stylish tale of intrigue and metaphysical darkness" (Ain't It Cool News). Film Threat magazine says award-winning writer/director and St. Louis native James Kerwin "offers up a magnetic force with endless repeat value" that teases the boundaries of reality.

Be sure to come out Saturday, November 22, support Chase and hometown hero James Kerwin, and see the new cult hit Yesterday Was A Lie!
