charity yoga class to benefit ovarian cancer research March 29, 2009

this is a charity class with proceeds going to the hera foundation to support research, education and awareness of ovarian cancer. the hera foundation was started by a group of women climbers to support young research scientists in their work to expand our understanding of ovarian cancer while improving the lives of those battling the disease. 85% of funds collected for hera go to programs supporting research, awareness, education and support.

this class will incorporate hip and heart openings in a warming but gentle flow.
