Chalk It Up for Literacy August 9, 2008

'Chalk It Up for Literacy' features dozens of local artists creating literacy-themed chalk art on large matte boards. This event focuses on raising awareness of literacy issues and Oregon Literacy's mission to strengthen literacy programs, support volunteer tutors and empower learners to exercise their right to literacy.
