Instructed by well known author, Anodea Judith, this annual workshop, now in its 19th year, has taken thousands of people on a transformational exploration of the seven energy centers known as the chakras. With a one-day workshop each month, participants will learn a systematic approach to personal and spiritual growth. Using yoga, trance journeys, bioenergetic exercises, psychological exploration, dance, art, and ritual, students will explore each chakra in depth and learn tools for their personal transformation. On-line support keeps students active during the month. Past students have claimed this workshop to be profoundly life-changing. You will gain tools you can use the rest of your life.
