He is Lean Sigma Black Belt, Certified ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and 27001 Lead Auditor. He holds a management degree from MDI Gurgaon and an engineering degree. He has served organizations in India and UK for IBM, Perot Systems, PWC and Hindustan Lever etc. He has played role of business analyst for multiple projects in implementing large software applications.
