Certified Farmers Market Palm Springs January 2, 2010

We are open for the Full Season. Every Saturday morning from 8 am to 12:30 pm !! The Certified Farmers Market will bring local farmers and vendors togetherto showcase the fruits of their labor. The CFM is a gathering place where the community can learn about the importance of nutrition, fresh produce and organic options. The market features farm and food only vendors.organic and transitional produce, herbs, lavender,cheese, bread , honey, nuts, eggs, olives and olive oil,fresh cut flowers, orchids and plants and eventually California wine. A Market Chef booth , sponsored by Native Foods will feature recipes, culinary delights, educational materials. and guest chefs from around the Coachella Valley - The theme for the chefs is, "It's all about the Vegetables"! We will also have "Music at the Market" (still looking for acoustic, jazz, singers, market style music folks ) from 9 am to 11 am.October-June, Saturdays. 8 am - 12:30 pm.North end of Camelot Theatres, 2300 Baristo at Farrell, Palm Springs.
