Cerrito Creek "Walking Work Party" on Coastal Cleanup Day September 25, 2010

For International Coastal Cleanup Day and National Public Lands Day, join Friends of Five Creeks for a walking work party on Cerrito Creek.

We'll pick up trash, scrub graffiti, don boots to take heavy items out of the creek, and remove invasives to get ready for fall planting.

Meet at 10 AM at the north end of Talbot Avenue/ south edge of El Cerrito Plaza parking lot, on the Albany/El Cerrito border (AC Transit 25 or 72, BART to El Cerrito Plaza). We'll end at 12:30 PM at Creekside Park, south end of Santa Clara Ave., El Cerrito/North edge of Albany Hill.
