Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre's FALL CONCERT
CHICAGO, 5 Oct 2009 – Dance Chicago 2009 to present Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre's (CRDT) Fall Concert on November 14, at 8:15 PM, featuring signature works from Latin Fire and Jubilation.

Join CRDT for a post-party at Cooper's (1232 W Belmont Avenue, Chicago, IL 60657). Cover is $10, and includes two wine/beer tickets and appetizers. A cash bar will be available. Cooper's is also offering free parking for Dance Chicago patrons who join them for dinner before Theatre Building Chicago performances.

FEATURED PIECES:
“The Trinity of Joann” is inspired by the true story of a local HIV-positive Latina, Joann Montes. This piece explores the emotional journey of denial, rejection, survival, redemption and triumph.
“Corner Sketches- A Tribute to Miles Davis” blends different periods and styles of Davis's music to honor his major influences on American music.

La Jaula de Oro- The Golden Bird Cage tackles the desperate and intricate motives for illegal immigration and its contemporary relevance in an ever-changing and conflicted world.
