Globalisation, technological change and changing family structures are redefining the way organisations engage their employees. Amidst this tight labour market, more organisations are now seeing the need for a supportive work environment to attract, retain and motivate talent who are looking beyond the pay package, but for greater work flexibility to fulfill both their work and family aspirations.

As part of the efforts to support Singapore’s National Conversation on building strong and resilient families, the National Family Council (NFC) presents a CEO Breakfast Roundtable in collaboration with its industry partners including Singapore Business Federation (SBF), Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), Singapore National Employers’ Federation (SNEF) and NTUC U Family.

This CEO Breakfast Roundtable will gather corporate leaders from different fields to share their experiences and insights on achieving success through embracing family at personal and corporate levels.

An event not to be missed, especially for Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Managing Directors (MDs), General Managers and Senior Management Representatives who are keen to gather fresh insights and perspectives in the area of embracing families in businesses.
