Celtic Woman CD Signing December 7, 2008

Join Friends of Louisiana Public Broadcasting at the Citiplace location of Barnes & Noble on Sunday, December 7 from 2:30-5 p.m. for an extraordinary event with world renowned music ensemble, Celtic Woman. They will be signing copies of their CD’s and DVD’s, which include, Celtic Woman, Celtic Woman: A Christmas Celebration, Celtic Woman: A New Journey and Celtic Woman: The Greatest Journey. The signing will feature Lisa Kelly, Chloe Agnew, Orla Fallon, fiddler Mairead Nesbitt and Lynn Hillary. This is you once in a lifetime opportunity to meet all five members!

In order to make this a smooth process, Barnes & Noble Booksellers at Corporate Woods will be distributing wristbands for the Celtic Woman event beginning at 9am on Saturday, December 6. They will continue to hand out wristbands during store hours on Sat. (9am-11pm), and then on Sunday, from 10am - until 3pm. Wristbands will be available at the customer service desk located at the center of the store. Everyone must have a wristband.



Here are some other helpful hints for this event:

Guests will be allowed to take pictures of the girls as they are signing during the event. Due to the expected attendance, we will not be able to stop the line for group shots.
Barnes & Noble will have a large selection of DVDs & CDs (solo and group) available for purchase on December 6 & 7. B&N will donate 20% of these sales to LPB when we are mentioned at check out.
The group will be accepting gifts. A Celtic Woman representative will handle this process onsite.

All five girls will be in the studio to promote their concert to be held in Baton Rouge on Thursday, April 16.
