Richard Sweeny of Top Chef stardom and owner of R Gang Eatery will be presenting the main course. He will be accompanied by Anthology's Executive Chef Todd Allison who will be demonstrating appetizers and pastry chef Stefanie Gaxiola famous for her appearance on The Cupcake Wars as well as winning Cheesecake Factory's new Cheesecake competition - you can now find her Red Velvet Cheesecake on menus across America. Mixologist Garth Flood from Cowboy Star will be presenting the secrets to his favorite cocktails.
