The Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is once again making its way through Las Vegas and is thrilled to announce that Celebrity Chef Mike Lata, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Fig Restaurant in Charleston, S.C., will join the Tour to recreate the famed James Beard House dinners. Along with Host Executive Chef Bruce Knapik, Chef Mike will share his deep appreciation for locally grown, seasonal foods at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa’s Ceres Restaurant on Thursday, November 13th, 2008 at 7pm.

The reception and dinner promise to delight the palates of the most discriminating epicureans. Showcasing the talents Chefs Mike and Bruce, highlights of the evening will include:
