Copper Fish resturant will host a special Holiday Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinner and book signing with Celebrity Chef/Award Winning Author Maria Liberati to celebrate the release of her latest book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking: Holidays & Special Occasions-2nd edition. The book was selected as the Best Italian Cuisine Book in the USA by the prestigious jury of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris in Feb 2010.
Maria will be cooking with Executive chef Geoff Johnson and will be sharing her recipes and stories from the award winning book series. Maria will be signing copies of her book that will be available at Copper Fish
