Celebration and Preservation: Our Role in Our Planet’s Health September 27, 2011

Why does “sustainability” matter? What is the role of a bee in sustaining the ecosystem? How do we protect our sources of water? These and other issues will be discussed by a panel of experts: Marjorie Freedman, Associate Professor of Nutrition, Food Science, and Packaging at San José State University; Harold Goldberg, local beekeeper; and Marianna Grossman, Executive Director of Sustainability in Silicon Valley.
