Monica Floyd a.k.a Doll Phace is a master of several trades. The Baltimore native knew at a young age that she wanted to break into Hollywood but on her own terms, so she began plotting her move early. Always big on education, she went from, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, one of the top engineering high schools in the country to attending University of Maryland College Park. She left the latter to pursue music in California when she joined a girl group that didn’t quite work out but decided to get back into the college groove and completed her BA in electronic media management, cinema, television, radio and film at Cal State University at Northridge.

After making the round on the Cali entertainment scene, Doll Phace decided to set her own business into motion and founded True Vision Media Group, a multi-service production company that encompasses film, television, DVDs, and standup comedy, does talent booking, consulting, and functions as a record label.

One of her latest victories was helping get the movie “Mama I Want to Sing,” starring Ciara, funded during its last leg of production. She's also stepped back into her artist shoes, with some of her YouTube videos receiving over 100,000 views.. Doll Phace’s latest EP “Get Used to This" features co-production from Grinehouse (Keyshia Cole, Ashlee, Simpson) and Rhythm D (Snoop Dogg, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony). It's available now.
