Celebrating Cowboy Culture July 23, 2010

The MFAH partners with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to present 'Celebrating Cowboy Culture.' This exhibition showcases Grand Prix winners of the annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo art competition over the past 10 years. Created by high school students from 15 independent school districts, the winning works incorporate a variety of media, including pencil, watercolor, and pastels.
