In partnership with City of Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve

It's Jersey Day at the shoreline! Spray on your tan and find the loudest pink lipstick you can! We're celebrating the birth of the third state of our union by planting our own garden state of natives. Wetlands give back to the community every day by providing habitat to wildlife, natural flood control to combat sea level rise, and lovely places to enjoy nature! Save The Bay needs your help to reach our goal of planting 25,000 native plants this season while restoring this beautiful marsh.

Due to the sensitive nature of the restoration site, space is limited and RSVP is requested. If you have filled out a form on one of our partner websites it does not mean that you will be included in our event. You must sign up on Save The Bay's website at www.savesfbay.org/volunteer. Please follow this link to our online registration form to register yourself or a group of 9 people or less.

If you need more information about this or other events or if you would like to sign up a group larger than 9 people please contact Natalie LaVan at (510) 452-9261 x109 or email [email protected].

No experience necessary. Gloves, tools and instruction provided. Each event is led by Save The Bay staff certified in CPR and Wilderness First Aid and all site projects have been planned to ensure safety.
