Celebrate Fairfax! Festival June 5, 2009

Celebrate Fairfax! Festival is Northern Virginia's largest music and entertainment festival. More than 60,000 attendees enjoy six stages of performances, great food, interactive exhibits and activities, a Crafts Market, Business Expo, carnival and special attractions. Celebrate Fairfax! is held annually the second weekend after Memorial Day (June 5, 6, 7, 2009). Hours: Friday, June 5, 6pm to midnight; Saturday, June 6, 10am to midnight; Sunday, June 6, 10am to 6pm (carnival is open until 7pm). Admission: adults, $10; children ages 3-10, $5, ages 2 and under, free; seniors and military, $8. Performer lineup includes Blues Traveler, Phil Vassar, The Fixx, and Old Skool All-stars, plus dozens of local acts throughout the weekend. A laser spectacular will be featured every half-hour, and fireworks will be displayed on both Friday and Saturday night.
