On Tap Magazine is releasing its' 2nd Annual "On the Verge" Compilation CD featuring music from local favorite bands The Speaks, bob, Honor by August, Junior League, Exit Clov, Everyone But Pete, Scythian, the Sketches, Monopoli, The Roosevelt, No Second Troy, and Soft Complex.
