Catholic Charities Voice Of Hope Dinner October 24, 2008

Hosted by Bishop George V. Murry, SJ, Bishop of Youngstown, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Youngstown will celebrate its 11th Annual VOICE OF HOPE Dinner. This event raises monies for the Emergency Assistance Fund utilized by Catholic Charities' agencies throughout its six county service area (Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage and Stark).

Each year, Catholic Charities recognizes persons and groups that live out and work in collaboration with Catholic Charities. This year, this event will honor: Drs. James and Cynthia Kravec, Blessed Sacrament, Warren, Kent State University Catholic Student Organization and Msgr. John Zuraw for their efforts to further the mission of Catholic Charities. The keynote address will be provided by Rev. Clarence Williams, Director of Racial Equality and Diversity Intiatives Catholic Charities USA.
