Cartooning Contest November 18, 2008

Reliance Timeout is organising a cartooning contest for students aged 15 and above. The competition will be judged by international cartoonist Jeff Smith. The evening will also feature a book reading session and an interactive opportunity with the famed artist. All participants should bring their own drawing and colouring material.
