SACRED LOVE SONGS live with CAROLUNA, Grammy - nominated Pakistani Qawwali singer SUKHAWAT ALI KHAN, percussion GEOFFREY GORDON (Jai Uttal, Rita Coolidge), bass CHRIS AMBERGER (Art Blakey, Steely Dan), cello KEN BECKER, SF Premiere screening of LAYA PROJECT, DJs CHEB I SABBAH and NEPTUNE, live DJ/VJ set by dvj software author, interim_descriptor, video projections by VJ LUNA, VJ YZen and CELESTINE. Tea Lounge Bliss Space with KARMA MOFFETT (Tibetan Bowls and Bells), full bar, art exhibition with PETER BOIGER and JAN WURM. The AACM Library Project is the archiving and preservation of over 6,000 hours of audio recordings of classes and concerts. Beloved teacher and Master Sarode player Ustad Ali Akbar Khan passed away June 18, 2009. www.aacm.org
