Carolina Ballet: Monet April 17, 2011

The Carolina Ballet presents their production of Monet. The New York Times praised Monet Impressions for its "dreamy, flowing" choreography by Artistic Director Robert Weiss and Principal Guest Choreographer Lynne Taylor-Corbett and "strong ... impressive" dancers. This beautiful homage to the great French painter Claude Monet features the evocative music of his compatriots Chausson, Debussy and Poulenc.
