Gail Goeller, author of Coming of Age with Aging Parents: The Bungles, Battle and Blessings, will speak about the challenges, strategies, and blessings of caring for our aging parents. You'll get some tips for using constructive communication skills to improve interactions with family and other caregivers. You’ll also learn about some troubleshooting techniques to cope with real or potential physical challenges and impairment: mobility, memory changes, food and drug liabilities, and mental health.
