* Special Initial Fitness Assessment and Health Consultant package for only$45.00. Includes customized training plan and meal plan until 1/4/2009. Only5 packages including vitamin and supplement remaining for 2008.We will review your current plan and design a new program for you.
* All clients are welcomed to attend the Free Lectures throughout the year: Proper Gear for Winter training, Customized Training Plan, Heart Rate and Perceived Exertion as a Training Tool, InjuryPrevention by ChiroCare, and Proper footcare by a Podiatrist.
