The University of New Mexico Office of Career Services presents Career Expo 2009 on Thursday, Feb. 12, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the UNM Student Union Building ballrooms.

The Career Expo is the largest career fair on campus, with more than 100 local and national employers from industries such as accounting, aerospace and defense, communications, education, engineering, financial services, government, management, military, marketing, nonprofit, pharmaceutical, research, transportation services and more. Job seekers should come prepared, professionally dressed and with copies of their resume.

Coinciding with the Career Expo is Resume Rescue. On Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 9-10, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. job seekers can meet with a career development facilitator on a walk-in basis to create or update a resume or ask any questions related to the career fair. On those days from 3-4 p.m., Career Services will also conduct two "How to Work a Career Fair" workshops. Topics include general job search processes, career fairs, resumes and interviews.
