Using Pressed Flowers & Calligraphy
Whether you’re crafty or craft-challenged, this course will teach you how to make gorgeous and professional-looking cards for any occasion using a variety of techniques and materials. This workshop is hands-on, and you will walk out with a completed project. Tap into your natural creativity this spring by participating in this fun and original workshop.
First class: Cards as a communication tool; paper-making demonstration and practice.
Second class: Learn the art of calligraphy.
Third class: Introduction to the art of pressed flowers; card making contest.
Dates: Tuesdays, April 10, 17, 24
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $25.00, plus $20.00 for Cardmaking Workshop Kit, payable by cash or cheque to the instructor.
