The album is built on raw emotion and is a unique blend of american folk, old jamaican rocksteady, with a singer-songwriter and a vintage 50's feel. It is likened by some to indie-pop and features the sounds of the ukulele, the autoharp, vocal harmonies and a good old acoustic guitar!
