Canterbury Armed Forces Day June 26, 2009

Details:
The day is aimed at providing an insight into life in today’s British Army and will consist of a number of stands and events, for example a Highland Games, a musical display by the Pipes and Drums and a range of family orientated entertainments. Entry to the event will be free of charge. Those stands that charge a small fee are all donating a proportion of their profits to charities such as Help for Heroes, the Army Benevolent Fund and the Lady Mayoress’ Charity.
