WHAT: Three-day canoe trip and camping on the Colorado RiverWHO: Single cancer survivors who are 21 and older and at least three months post-treatmentWHY: Fun, connection, outdoor adventure, and informal discussion about life and love for the single cancer survivorWHEN: August 26-August 29
Thursday, August 26: Trip participants arrive in Denver, CO (mid-day) or Grand Junction, CO (evening). We will camp together Thursday night in Fruita or you may make arrangements for a hotel in Grand Junction if you prefer. 
Friday, August 27: Meet at the Colorado River put-in site early in the morning. Spend the day paddling to the campsite on the scenic Colorado River.
Saturday, August 28: Hike, play in the water, or spend time playing games or talking by the campfire. Two awesome massage therapists are also coming on the trip to offer body work. 
Sunday, August 29: Paddle to the take-out point of the river, and arrive in Grand Junction by mid-afternoon for departure and flights home.
Note: Departure flights SHOULD NOT be made BEFORE 5 pm out of Grand
Junction and 10 pm out of Denver. If a Monday morning flight is
necessary, we can help you arrange for local lodging at a private home
and transportation to the airport.

The deposit is the only cost for the trip itself, and will be used to tip the guides (who are not getting paid) at the end of the trip. Travel costs are the responsibility of the participant.
