As County Commissioner, Mary Jo Kilroy has been a great friend to the Franklin County Animal Community

She has worked with The Rescue Community.

She implemented the spay and neuter program for all animals leaving the Franklin County Dog Shelter.

And she has personally adopted, fostered and found homes for many homeless dogs.

As a Representative of Ohio's 15th district, Mary Jo Kilroy will
work to pass legislation to ensure the regulation of all puppy mills and dog auctions, and for fully funding appropriate inspections to prevent the mistreatment of the dogs, especially dogs used for breeding.

She also supports Ohio House Bill 606 that requires licensing of commercial kennels that have six or more litters per year and providing sufficiently sized, clean cages with individual food and water bowls for breeder dogs.

Come Support Mary Jo Kilroy in her efforts to change Congress.
