Teach your dog to avoid rattlesnakes by sight, scent and sound! This training is just for you and your dog! All dogs are welcome!

Dogs are naturally curious, and snakes often prove to be too much of a temptation to avoid. The unique movement and sound of rattlesnakes paired with the devastating effects of their venom poses a serious threat to inquisitive dogs. Venom-related symptoms do not set in immediately after a rattlesnake bite has occurred, so dogs do not associate the pain with the bite. Dogs learn to avoid the rattlesnake and alert others to the rattlesnake's presence. Each dog is individually and personally trained by Patrick Callaghan.

The Northern California Alaskan Malamute Association is hosting a clinic with Mr. Patrick Callaghan in Dixon, CA on August 8th & 9th, 2009. Register now to choose your date and time preference.
