What does a green thumb have to do with cancer?

The Canadian Cancer Society is hosting a half-day, Cancer Prevention Forum in Vancouver. At this event you’ll learn simple you can do to prevent cancer—such as choosing safer alternatives to pesticides when gardening. It’s free and informative to help you and your loved ones avoid preventable cancers by making a UTURN for change. Guest speakers will explore how to make good decisions on cancer prevention, how personal choices and government legislation can protect us from cancer causing substances, such as pesticides and a new initiative to promote cancer prevention in BC.
