Canadian Blast at South by Southwest/SXSW 2010! March 16, 2010

Canadian Blast is once again coming to SXSW, featuring some of Canada's most exciting music artists and bands! In addition, CBC3 Radio and Sirius Channel 86 will host webcasts and broadcasts of the action LIVE from Austin!

For 2010, Canadian Blast at SXSW includes the 5th Annual Music Showcase and BBQ at Brush Square Park (open to SXSW Platinum/Gold/Music badge and SXSW wristband holders, subject to capacity) -- a "must see" -- spotlighting hot, new artists from across Canada! 2009's edition attracted THOUSANDS, so if you are planning to be in Austin, don't miss it.

Be sure to also check out the daytime and nighttime showcases at the "Canada House" (located at Paradise - 6th Street & Trinity, www.paradiseonsixth.com), featuring showcasing artists from EVERY province and style of music (be sure to check in advance for "by invitation" programming.)
