Canada Fest 2012 in Palm Springs December 8, 2012

What is all the hubbub about this upcoming Canada Fest 2012 being planned by
Bette King Productions — What is a fest? Is it short for festival? What is this festival about?
It is a celebration of our Canadian Friends, certainly our desert communities are teaming with our neighbors
from up north during the season. They help our regional economy by coming here to buy or rent a second
home in addition to boosting our restaurant, sport, and entertainment revenues. I believe they are truly worth
celebrating. We already celebrate with our Latin Friends every Cinco de Mayo, a festival celebrating Mexican
heritage, and, during Canada Fest we will do precisely the same for our Canadian neighbors.
