Campground Olympics to be held at Mounds State Park August 8, 2008

If you didn’t qualify for the Beijing Olympics, be a part of this fun-filled day of competitive campground games. Join us for Mounds State Park ’s inaugural 2008 Campground Olympics August 9th. Campers of all ages can enter the cornhole and ladderball tournaments, tricycle and bicycle races (BYOB-bring your own bike), and more, with great prizes to win.

And get out your favorite chili recipe because we’re having a Chili Cook-off and supper following. The Red Gold Company has generously donated tomato canned goods for the event. Judges for the cook-off will be Chesterfield Fire Department crew members.
