Camera Club of Los Altos - June Meeting June 16, 2011

Our June meeting is scheduled for June 16th and will have a Print Competition with an external judge and the Special Subject is Nature. Nature is always a fierce category for our club and brings out some of our best photography!

To make it even more exciting, we will have Claudia Peterson as our external judge and presenter of our educational segment. Claudia is an award-winning photographer specializing in portraits, still life and wildlife. This past year she had five images printed in the magazine of the Photographic Society of America (PSA).

At Fotoclave, Claudia was awarded “Best of Show” with a nature print. At her Council she has won Print and Digital of the Year many times. Last year she won a Bronze Medal from PSA in their International Show. Claudia also has an art studio and is an accomplished artist.

This month looks like it will be a great meeting! Of course, guests are always welcome. Please come to our club meeting and meet some fellow photography enthusiasts.
