About the workshop: This workshop will address basic copyright principles and introduce open licensing concepts and tools. About the speakers: Lila Bailey is counsel for ccLearn, the education program at Creative Commons. Before coming to CC, Lila practiced Internet-related litigation and counseling, focusing on novel copyright and privacy issues; she was also an Intellectual Property Fellow with the Electronic Frontier Foundation in 2007. Raghu Seshadri is an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the technology transactions practice. Before attending law school, Raghu worked as a composer, writing and producing music for radio and television ads, television programming, music libraries, short films, and the Web.
