California Lawyers for the Arts presents: Legal Issues of Public Art July 29, 2009

Learn about the issues that arise in the creation and commissioning of public art. Every artist who has ever created, or may create, works of art in public places should know their rights! Copyright and infringement, licensing, contracts, First Amendment rights, property rights, damage to artwork or property and other related points will be covered.
