California Election Rule Changes February 27, 2012

Learn about changes to the upcoming 2012 State elections and avoid confusion on Election Day. California has recently redrawn its congressional districts and adopted a new primary system. In this Top-Two Primary System, the two candidates that receive the most votes advance to a run-off election in November.
